12-Apr-21 – Wolf Point East is 80 percent leased, according to its leasing company. Luxury Living Chicago Realty says interest in the 60-story 698-unit apartment building, the second of three towers planned for Wolf Point, has not been significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We have seen demand for this building remain incredibly strong throughout the pandemic,” said Aaron Galvin, CEO and founder of Luxury Living Chicago Realty. “While much of the Chicago luxury apartment market experienced rent decreases and muted leasing absorption for the past year, Wolf Point East has exceeded all leasing metrics throughout the lease-up.”
Rents at Wolf Point East range from $2,295 per month for a studio apartment to $13,995 per month for a three-bedroom penthouse. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness club, outdoor dog run, and coworking lounge with conference rooms.
