19-Sep-10 – (Above) No hand scanners yet, but Marina City residents do have signs posted near the two plaza-level entrances, warning of surveillance. An estimate by property management that scanners would be ready by the end of August has been pushed back, at least twice, while they wait for parts. (Click on image to view larger version.)
