7-Apr-18 – For no apparent reason, a 23-year-old woman at a sold-out House of Blues concert pepper-sprayed her fellow concert-goers, many of whom then punched her in the face.
It was then that they noticed the woman, described as Hispanic with a tattoo under her left eye, had dried blood on her face and body. Officers were informed that “several unknown patrons that were hit by the pepper spray struck [the] offender in the face with their hands, causing bruising and a bloody nose.” She was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, then charged with reckless conduct and resisting/obstructing a police officer. Her court date is scheduled for May 21. |
