Work continues on luxury rehab project next door
21-Aug-12 – (Above) A painter works on a gutted floor of 330 North Wabash Tuesday afternoon that is being transformed into a 316-room luxury hotel. The Langham will occupy floors 2-13 of the 52-story building, opening in mid-2013. 330 North Wabash (formerly IBM Plaza) is seen here from the east tower of Marina City. (Below) Competitors, including Trump International Hotel & Tower one block east, will surround The Langham. (Click on images to view larger versions.)
