Buildings in the residential community of Carl Sandburg Village are named after famous writers and poets. Eliot House was built in 1963 as an apartment building and converted to a condominium in 1979.
So far this year, Habitat has been awarded a property management contract for the 724-unit Park Tower in the Gold Coast and the 234-unit Metropolitan Tower in the Loop.
