LG Development July 12, 2016 – (Left) Rendering of a 12-story 10-unit condominium proposed for 61 West Erie Street. (Click on image to view larger version.)

The design was shared by representatives of Chicago-based LG Development at a community meeting last week that was hosted by River North Residents Association and 42nd Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly.

The site is currently a two-story commercial building. The new building would replace that and fit snugly against an existing three-story residential building.
