15-May-23 – Hilton’s Embassy Suites hotel in River North has new management. Magna Hospitality Group, a privately-held hotel real estate investment firm, has assumed management of the 368-room hotel, built in 1991, at 600 North State Street, according to a letter from the hotel’s law firm to its neighbors.

James Webster of Webster Law Partners in Chicago says the hotel will keep the Embassy Suites brand name and continue to offer suites arranged around an atrium. He says Magna is in the final stages of updating and redecorating guest rooms and the lobby.
