(Click on image to view larger version.) The renovation, which cost Marina Towers Condominium Association $17,500, includes new 24-foot-long lighting fixtures in each elevator vestibule, with limestone and a mirror along the walls. Laundry and storage facilities are located on the 20th floors of both towers. A new fitness room opened on the 20th floor of the west tower last October and there is a new MTCA meeting room in the same space in the east tower. The condo association is currently renovating the 53rd floor of the east tower, turning it into a “model floor” to give residents a taste of proposed changes to the circular hallways.
