1-Nov-20 – A custom-furnished three-bedroom condominium unit on the 51st floor of One Bennett Park has vintage furniture and light fixtures, hand-painted wall coverings by Gucci and Phillip Jeffries, and original artwork, and is listing for $4.9 million.
Related Midwest has put the building’s model unit up for sale. The developer says the 3,622-square-foot southeast-facing unit offers “sweeping vistas” of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline.
“As an art and architecture lover, I was immediately drawn to this building,” said interior designer Bruce Fox of Bruce Fox Design, whose inspiration was the Art Deco-inspired style of the building, the “perfectly executed details” of its architect, Robert A. M. Stern, and prolific Chicago architect David Adler.

“My selections for this home are infused with elements inspired by Adler and his sister, Francis Elkins, to create a richly layered composition with bespoke antiques and collectibles selected for the space to add character and depth,” said Fox.

Other finishes include custom kitchen cabinets, Perla Venato stone countertops, built-in Sub-Zero, Wolf, and ASKO appliances, motorized shades, and wine storage.
The residence is listed exclusively by the Chicago office of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.
