Bean loses beans but jumps the jump

Turner Broadcasting System

June 15, 2012 – (Above) A smaller replica of “The Bean” at Millennium Park filled with baked beans, about to jump from one end of the raised State Street Bridge to the other. Video aired Thursday night on Conan O’Brien’s television show showed The Bean losing much of its beans but landing ok. It was the last jump aired of six stunts performed on Sunday morning.

“It is the most aerodynamic object we have launched yet,” O’Brien told the audience at the Chicago Theater.
